Today I dedicate my ride today to Elrod. In Lewisburg, he keeps all the statistics for bicycle rides. So Elrod, we are making up the miles-117 for you.
Thanks to the Lord above for a cloud cover that helped us ride smoothly and happily all day.
The mountains after the Craters of the Moon were sunlite. Totally awesome.
Keep pedaling.

I have enjoyed reading the posts. I feel I am getting to know each of you through this experience. I can’t even image your soreness. I cringe at the thoughts!! I am starting to miss my sister!!! I was wondering how long it would take me to start missing her, but today when I missed her phone call; I got a little teary eyed because I didn’t get to talk to her. I am proud to tell everyone that my sister is riding across America!!! Usually the first reaction is shock followed by that is soooooooo amazing!!! I always agree and affirm it is truly amazing!!! The boys are excited to get their crater rock from Craters of the Moon. We did find out an interesting fact that vast quantities of water stored by the lava rock aquifer below the Eastern Snake River Plain provides for critical human needs throughout southern Idaho...including those famous potatoes! Take care and we are glad to see you eating and washing clothes. We beat you stink!!!!
ReplyDeleteKeep pedaling safely. Perseverance is the key work for you and me.
